Privacy information for Everyday Scholar
Everyday Scholar is an early-access family planning app. This page describes the main categories of information the current product is built to handle. It is a plain-language product notice, not a substitute for legal advice or a complete statement of every privacy right that may apply where you live.
What information can the app contain?
When a family uses the app, its records can include account email and display name; family-member names, profile details, and ages; homeschool subjects, schedules, assignments, and completion records; responsibilities, due dates, and points; calendar events; reward requests; and children’s daily reflections. The information in a record depends on what the family chooses to enter.
Why is that information used?
The app uses account and family records to provide its sign-in, shared planning, assignment review, calendar, responsibility, and rewards features. Family membership and roles are used to scope access to family records. Avoid putting highly sensitive information in free-text fields that are not needed to organize your family’s day.
Where is information processed?
Everyday Scholar uses Blink services for website hosting, account sign-in, and its managed application database. Those services process information to operate the preview. This notice does not state a data-retention period, a list of every service provider, or a cross-border data-transfer policy.
How should families manage children’s profiles?
A parent or legal guardian should decide whether to create a child profile and what information to enter. Child profiles may contain details such as a display name, age, schoolwork, points, and reflections. Please enter only information needed for family planning.
What should I know about this early-access notice?
A full retention schedule, account-data deletion instructions, jurisdiction-specific rights process, and dedicated privacy contact have not been supplied for this site. The product owner should add those operational details and confirm the applicable requirements before broad public use. This page does not promise a deletion timeline or describe rights that have not been verified.
